Note: Crystals are a natural formation from the earth. This means that there will be a variation in colour, size and shape with ALL crystal products in the store.
What is your shipping policy?
A Natural Magick is pleased to ship to the UK and Worldwide. Where possible we always try to use recycled packaging and biodegradable packing materials.
All UK orders should arrive in two working days or less, after your order has been shipped.
We do accept international orders and we ship all over the world. International policies are the same as described above, however we do not pay for duty fees as this is the responsibility of you, the customer, if you wish to have your item(s) released by customs.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery after your order has been shipped.
International returns and exchanges also have the same policies as the UK, set out in our return policy below.
What is your return policy?
If your product is damaged in transit or you are otherwise unhappy with your purchase, you can either exchange your item(s) for something of equal or lesser value, or return it for store credit.
Please email our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your package with a description and photo of the item(s) you are looking to exchange or return for store credit, Please also be aware that some of our products are handmade and one of a kind, which means that there are often limited stock quantities.
Please note that we are unable to provide return packaging or postage at this time. All return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your products ethically sourced?
Each and every one of our products and materials are ethically sourced, Eco-friendly and fair trade. We care deeply about the Earth, and all sacred life forms that inhabit it.
When will I receive my order?
Our store receives countless orders daily. All of our products are handmade and packaged with care, love and light by us personally. When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and invoice. During the following business day we will begin putting your package together.
Once your order is fully compiled we will alert Royal Mail that your order is ready. When the Royal Mail facility receives your package, you will be emailed with your tracking number. When you receive your tracking number, your parcel is with Royal Mail and on it's way to you! Please let us know if you have any issues with your tracking number, or questions about shipping procedure.
Please keep in mind that weather conditions and peak seasonal celebrations could affect arrival time.
I need my order by (xx/xx/xxxx) Can I pay for rush processing and shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite processing, or upgrade shipping options at this time. If you should require any item(s) urgently, please reach out and send us a message via the Contact form or email us at email@example.com, and let us know when you need your item(s) by, we will do our absolute best to make sure they get to you on time. However we ask that you keep in mind standard Royal Mail shipping estimates.

I accidentally gave the wrong shipping address - what should I do?
Please reach out to us immediately either via the Contact form or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will update your shipping information and make sure that your package gets to the right place.
Do you offer Gift Cards?
We do not currently offer Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, or E-Gift Cards. If you are looking to purchase a gift, but are unsure about what to get, please reach out to Customer Service with a little description of who you're shopping for (birth date - to determine sun sign, interests, hobbies etc) We're happy to help!
My product broke/arrived damaged! What should I do?
Your happiness is of the utmost importance to us. Please take a picture of the product and attach it in an email to our Customer Service at email@example.com so we can help you out as soon as possible.
There is a specific product that I am interested in, when will it be back in stock?
In most cases, our sold out products will be restocked within a few weeks, depending on the raw materials availability. The best way to find out when an item is available again is to follow our Instagram (@anaturalmagick) for daily product updates!
Where can I find the specific properties of crystals/essential oils?
We are very excited to be carrying a number of books to aid in the educational aspect of your journey with crystal healing and metaphysical well-being! Please check out the titles in our shop to see which pieces of literature are best for you!
Also we are an excellent resource to your questions regarding specific products. If you have a question about a crystal you've received, please take a picture of it and send it along to us at firstname.lastname@example.org; we'll get back to you as soon as possible with our interpretation of the stone.
How are your lifestyle products, including oils, potions, sprays, sweeps and washes made?
Each of our lifestyle products are composed using certified organic materials and ingredients, including herbs, essential oils and base liquids.
All of our oils, potions, sprays, sweeps and washes are handmade by us, using only the freshest, natural and organic ingredients. Because of this, these items are specifically made to order.
Every bottle is authentically made with love, care, pure intent and blessed to order, from traditional recipes that have been handed down through generations.

How do I order wholesale?
We offer large order discounts and wholesale terms for the trade industry on all of our own Oils, Potions, Sprays, Sweeps, Washes, Herb Mixes, Mojo Bags and Spell Kits.
